1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website (the “Website”), applying for or obtaining any of our services (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website or the Services.
2. Website & Services
The Website provides information about our loan products (including but not limited to student loans, business loans, car loans, debt consolidation loans) and enables you to submit applications, manage an account, and access associated services. Use of the Services may require that you hold an account (“Account”).
3. Eligibility Criteria
By creating an Account, submitting a quote request or applying for a loan, you warrant that you:
- (a) are a natural person (not a company, partnership, trust, or other legal entity);

- (e) have a stable income or business revenue as required for the relevant loan product.

4. Your Warranties

- (a) all information you provide to us in connection with the Account, quote request or loan application is complete, accurate and true;
- (b) you will promptly notify us of any change in your circumstances that would affect your eligibility for the Services, including changes to contact or financial details;
- (c) you will maintain accurate contact and other details within your Account; and
- (d) if you provide us with information about another person (for example a co-applicant or guarantor), you have obtained their consent for us to collect and use such information, and they are aware of and agree to our Privacy Policy.
5. Account Credentials
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username, password). You must not share these credentials with any third party. You agree to notify us immediately if you know or suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.
6. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if:
- (a) you breach or we reasonably believe you will breach these Terms or any other agreement you have with us;
- (b) you are not using the Services for their intended purpose;
- (c) you provide information that is false, misleading or incomplete.
If you wish to terminate your Account, you may contact us. Termination will not affect your accrued rights or obligations under any existing Loan Agreement.
7. Loan Agreement Priority
Any loan product you obtain from us will be governed by a separate Loan Agreement (“Loan Agreement”). In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and a Loan Agreement, the Loan Agreement will prevail.
8. Role and Commissions
We do not act as your agent in relation to any loan, and we may receive commissions or other benefits in connection with a loan. You acknowledge and accept that possibility.
9. Electronic Communications
By submitting an application, creating an Account or requesting a quote, you consent to receive communications electronically (including notices, disclosures, agreements) and confirm that you are capable of receiving, accessing and retaining such communications. You accept responsibility for ensuring that your email or other electronic communication channels are able to receive such communications.
10. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Website and its content (including text, graphics, logos) are owned by us or our related entities. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the Website content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must obtain prior written consent from us before linking to or framing any part of the Website.
